Styles P

We don’t give too many videos a fair look (at least i’m honest) but we are fans of the LOX and especially the “GHOST”. Although we’re not shocked at how GREAT this video is because most of Consequence’s videos have awesome concepts. Get your UTZ popcorn from the top of the fridge and enjoy this one for 4 plus minutes. It’s a banger!

Now we know this young lady doesn’t have enough brain to “step her pussy up” and bag herself the main bread winners such as a Wayne or a Rick Ross, she’s the girl on the back of the bus that fondles the weed carriers as her hot friend scores “the eagle”. She obviously doesn’t have more than a 6th grade education as you can tell by the stellar vocabulary, but she still has managed to find some dudes to fund her a pair of tatas and different variations of the “china woman” wig she wears, she rocks 4 inch bangs to cover her damn forhead.

All in all, a few months ago (and yes it’s been a few months now), she has managed to grab our attention. Twitter is a helluva drug! People who didn’t even know what WorldStarHipHop was, became intrigued by the site because Kat Stacks week after week has managed to become a trending topic. Last time I checked (which isn’t often dammit I swear!) she was on her third twitter account and still had 50 thousand + followers. The Kat Stacks phenomenon is so deep, she even has girls across the nation imitating her and even worse, idolizing the broad. The last time something in Hip Hop was this hot we saw Cam’ron standing in front of a kiddie pool in New Jersey.

And still, this isn’t the only reason why the game needs her. Apparently a lot of the artists she’s mentioning have nothing going on in the business, I don’t even think they released Billboard singles within a year. People we don’t even think about anymore were coming out of her mouth and making us wonder… damn, what happend to that dude? Prime example, from the latest clip our dark skin brotha, Grand Hustle recording artist Young Dro, “mr. boi yoi yoing”, aka “Shoulder Lean”. I really liked his music when he was hot, I thought he was gonna be around for a while, but guess im not the greatest A&R and thats why I own a website instead.

So my question to you readers is, are the artist purposely “fucking” with Stacks so she could mention them or are labels paying this chick to cover up the fact some of the dudes she speaks on are on the “borderline”, “DL”, or white america’s favorite “fudge packing”?

All Praises Due to Allah Diddy

Wanna learn how to rape artists for 20 years like the jews and continue to be relevant within the game? Follow this man’s blueprint.

Seriously though, all jokes aside, we have much respect for Diddy and what he’s brought to the genre of Hip Hop. He is definitely our Madonna, our MJ of the business. He keeps up with what’s hot and he continues to give us solid hits year after year. I even enjoyed those shows about Day 26 and the girl group Danity Kane, but I think the shows became more appealing than the actual music.

I’m not sure if Dirty Money is a tax write off or some kind of charity work he’s doing for those two busted looking girls but I give him kudos for that too. They look like Diddy and the Twix bars if you ask me. Those 2 crunchy hoes might be talented but they definitely need some help in the visual department.

We also got to give Diddy props for the moves he’s been making this year, signing his DL boyfriend Red Cafe to Bad Boy and managing to land the only rapper in the game right now Rick Ross. He’s even got his claws stuck in Nicki Minaj. It’s like 1996 all over again. Lil Kim & BIG reincarnated, I swear if Day 26 got another shot it would have to be right now, they could have been the new 112 but the way they gave Que the boot, I doubt that will ever happen. I’m sure he can even get the original 112 back together for a quarter of the price. They should have never bounced on Diddy, that Def Jam album was garbage.

As a big fan of Hip Hop and of the music Diddy has given us for almost 20 plus years, you get kudos from us big homie. Like that means anything anyway.

Never Too Late For School - PROFILE: Roscoe Dash

Maybe the folks at our site are just too old to get it, but I really don’t see this kid’s career going further than “All The Way Turnt Up” which I actually like after a few drinks and it’s 3am in the club. The hook sticks in your head like some vicious cult chant and the guitar riff on the beat is pretty cool. Anyways, I’m not really interested in hearing any other song after this to be honest. The whole FRO-HAWK look doesn’t do it for me and the “lil wayne-esque” mannerisms are a bit annoying coming from new hip hop acts.

What I recommend is the next time you’re in ATLANTA you walk up to one of those schools and get yourself an education. Unless you can pull a Soulja Boy this summer I don’t see your career moving any further, and is he related to Yung LA? I swear they’re like the same guy. Who knows, who cares.

ENIGMA: Mysonne

Since “coming home” as they say in the hood Mysonne was expected to be one of NY’s top players in the dice game of Rap. He had a brief stint as one of Bang Bang Boogie’s cronies, a group sparked by the beef between Fat Joe and 50 Cent and then he decided to go solo after an altercation where Lord Tariq was considered “disloyal” for appearing in a Rick Ross video. “Who gives a fuck?” I know.

His potential was there, his talent not so much, but I think Maino kind of took over the whole “street cred over talent slot” so the door was closed for the likes of Mysonne as far as the industry was concerned. There’s no more room for Mysonne’s “90’s Rap” since 50 Cent is really the only artist allowed to make aggressive music in hip hop.

So now, almost a month ago we get the news that he signs under Game’s label Black Wall Street. “What you talkin’ bout Willis?” YES! The GAME! What happend you ask? Who the hell knows. This guy is a goofball, his whole career in music was based on how real he is and then he goes and signs with the most fabricated artist in music since Milli Vanilli. I think that boy lost his mind, and from the looks of it, I’m sure he didnt get one penny in the that deal. Maybe a promo budget so they can all buy Goon Squad Tshirts. What’s Goon Squad? Some other group or label you’re never going to hear about. Congratulations Mysonne, all we hope for you is that you make a hit record to finally get on the radio or you can tour the Carolinas for the rest of your career like some other NY rap acts.

5 Questions for JayRock

1.
3. A fly ethiopian chick from LA or a dominican girl from the Bronx?
I would love 2 have both of them, but if i had to take one it would be an ethiopian LA chick

4. What producer would you like to work with next if you can choose any one?
I really wanna work with dr. dre.

Lost Boyz

Let me tell you bout this group I heard a track from one day… the Lost Boyz is by far not the best lyrical rap group has ever seen BUT they were without a doubt one of the most notable hit makers before the group saw tragedy destroy their dynamics. Mr. Cheeks, Pretty Lou, Spigg Nice and Freaky Tah (RIP) had the summer of ‘96 going crazy with ”Jeeps, Lex Coups, Bimaz & Benz”, ”Music Makes Me High”, ”Lifestyles of the Rich & Shameless” and of course one of the tracks that just had every lady in the city hitting up John Jay “Renee”. Their Second LP “Love, Peace and Napiness” also found good success on radio and also in the stores so it seemed that the group had a great future ahead of them, unfortunately Freaky Tah was killed on March 28,1999 after a Mr. Cheeks birthday party and the group never fully recovered. Spigg Nice was convicted in ‘04 of various bank robberies and is serving 37 yrs in prison as I type this (hold your head fam).

Its crazy sometimes I sit back and think of what could’ve been if not for the misfortunes that fell on this group of friends from South Jamaica, Queens. The Lost Boyz will always be on my list of best groups due to the hits they made in the short time they had as a whole unit. Mr. Cheeks has released 3 solo albums and has had a few moments in the light but although he was the main vocals in the group he hasn’t been able to grab that spot he once held so easily. The remaining members of the group did attempt to bring back the glory with 2 albums but just couldn’t find that formula that got them in that elusive space they once held and that many artists can never obtain. I appreciate the work you guys put in to your music, every sweat and tear could be heard thru your music something that many artist in this era are missing.

What happened to the Mr. “Low” man himself Flo-ria. At one point this guy wouldn’t get off the TV or your radio. Now he’s vanished in thin air. Even the homie Jamie Foxx bashed him a bit by saying Flo’s music isn’t really hip hop. Well, he was right on the money with that. Flo-rida forgot about rap right after “Low” was in the Tropic Thunder movie. He figured he would play it safe and make corny songs for spring breakers. Nice knowing you Mr. Flo-Rida. Good riddens.

Movies and Hip Hop - Profile: "Don't Be A Menace"

Well Jamal Woolard you did a hell of a job on the “Notorious” movie, too bad you can’t make shit happen in your own music career. The biggest “hit” you had is when that bullet struck you in front of the Hot 97 building. I suggest that maybe you reconsider your approach at this rap game, can I suggest maybe going the “Overweight Lover” route? Just like the previous “Subject” Guerilla Black I honestly thought you had a chance but for some reason im starting to believe that it’s not about skill but actually about the weight… maybe you and Black can get on that treadmill and start a new group… Gravy this is not a diss but more of a push to prove us wrong. Go into that studio and make some hits! Everyone thought that with the “Notorious” performance you did, that your music career was going to be just as great but instead some people would rather see you stop rapping and start acting… do what you want fam sky’s the limit.

STOLE THIS FROM RAPJAYDAR - Rick Ross rockin' to Waka..
